Over the last year or so, we have noticed a small move away from the managed condominium to more of an independent property. Generally, when clients have made a decision like this it is a big investment in time and money. For this reason, people are more inclined to look at a plot where they are fee to do what they want, obviously taking into consideration building regulations, area plans etc.
