Events leading up to purchase of an apartment in beautiful Pizzo, (Borgonovo) Italy.

Our first contact with Windrush Alliance (Birute) began at the end of april 2015.
After
a couple of E-mails and phonecalls, off we went to Pizzo on the 14th of
May 2015. Birute met us at the airport and took us to the apartment
after a small tour through Pizzo.

The day after, on the 15th of May 2015, we bought the apartment (signed the first contract).

We
had a few discussions with  Birute and Richard regarding some changes
in the apartment.  We returned to Sweden on the 17th of May 2015.

Our
plan was to return to Pizzo on the 11th of  July 2015 and sign the
final contract on the 15th of July but we had a few wishes regarding
changes that we wanted their local partner Apple Consulting to do before
that date.

In less than two months we wanted them to:

1.    Build a pergula on the terrace.
2.    A kitchen on the terrace.
3.    Shower on the terrace.
4.    Rebuild the kitchen inside.
5.    Paint the apartment.
6.    Help from Apple Consulting to order furnitures on italian homepages.

Everything Windrush Alliance and Apple Consulting has done for us has been over our expetations.
