From 16 to 19 October 2014 Gostiny Dvor will host the 31st International Real Estate Exhibition "DOMEXPO", which will showcase all segments of Russian and foreign markets: the objects of urban, suburban, resort, exclusive, residential and commercial properties.

The exhibition is organized with the support of Complex of urban policy and the construction of the city of Moscow, Moscow Association of Realtors, Investors Association of Moscow, Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Over the years, the exhibition "DOMEXPO" attracted more than half a million people. Every year the event involved no less than 200 Russian and foreign companies. Among them, construction and real estate companies, banks, architectural and design bureaus, insurance and law firms, specialized media.

The exposition of Russian companies will widely represent apartments in new houses as well as in secondary housing market in Moscow, Moscow suburbs, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kaliningrad, Krasnodarsky Krai and other Russian regions, as well as rural property of Moscow and Leningrad, Tula, Vladimir region, on the coast of Black and Baltic Seas.

The exhibition will also host representatives of major banks, which will introduce everyone to the new mortgage programs, and conditions for obtaining or returning of mortgage and consumer credit.

The Exposition of foreign real estate will present more than one hundred companies from Europe, USA, Latin America and Asia. Among the many proposals of prices and purpose one will find a property for permanent residence or seasonal holidays, business and investment.

The business program provides summary and award winners of the Award «TREFI» (International Award of real estate and finance) among the exhibitors "DOMEXPO". Award organizers of TREFI are Moscow Association of Realtors, the National Association of Developers, Investors Association and Moscow International Real Estate Exhibition "DOMEXPO".

The Exhibition "DOMEXPO" is not only a huge selection of properties. It will also include interesting business activities from representatives of the Russian Guild of Realtors and Investors Association of Moscow, property market professionals from Russia, CIS, Western and Eastern Europe, USA. The Conferences, seminars, round tables will discuss topical issues of modern real estate market and the ways of its further development.

Guests of the exhibition can attend open seminars to learn about the legal and procedural aspects of real estate transactions in Russia and abroad, as well as receive information on public housing programs, and other types of mortgage lending.
