Holiday Season has begun……

Maybe you have decided to wait till January 2021 to buy, OK, for us not a problem. How about renting a property ? What about when you buy in January, will you need to rent ? Will you need to furnish ? maybe you might decide to change the floor plan or add an extension ? Well if i add an extension maybe i should look at residency ? OK, now i need to learn Italian ? What school will my kids go to ? I guess now we need to eat like the Italians do, Olive Oil, where i can i get ? Also maybe some pasta ? You know what i don’t have time for this, who can manage this for me ? & last but not least, i need to make sure I am protected legally.
