you want and the price you can afford everyone immediately goes into
action. I was taken to the office and everything was explained to me in
great detail by Richard and his team.

then met with the structural engineer and Ludmila from The Windrush
Group the very next day. Once we all met at the property everyone goes
into action. Including myself measuring up for my new curtains. The
surveyors report was back to me the very next day. All translated. I
literally bought a shell of a property. It needed a new kitchen and
shower room. Ludmila took me to the furniture showroom. As my sales
executive she’s amazing. So, patient and actually listens to what you
say. Ludmila’s advice on what customers want and expect when renting out
to holiday makers was very much appreciated. We went to other shops,
nothing seems to be any trouble.

Within a week I had put down my deposit
and completely re-designed the property. When I returned home I just
waited for emails from Richard and the Lawyer. I didn’t even have to go
back to sign the deeds. I just got Power of Attorney from England. For
£80.00 it was worth every penny. I’m so looking forward to going back to
my property.

So much work needed to be done, painting doors, walls,
removal of the old tiles. Re plastering etc. Everything is done in your
absence by Apple Consulting and their team. Photographs keep you updated
of the progress. The Italians have a reputation of being perfectionist.

My experience has been completely stress
