Our experience with Richard and his team has been excellent right from the very start of our process in looking into buying a vacation property in Calabria back in 2011. From the first time that we met at their office we felt at ease as they explained the process and then began to show us around at various properties and sites in the surrounding area of Pizzo Calabro.

Through the years as they managed our apartment it certainly made it easier for us since living so far away in Canada it would have been very difficult in looking after everything on our own.

We highly recommend Richard and his very hard-working team (that have been with him for many years) for any and all of your needs in a vacation property in Calabria.

Recently we sold our apartment, through Richard and his team and as always it was a seamless experience. He managed the entire process and his guidance was very appreciated.

Thank you, Richard, Paola, Birute, Ludmilla, & Denis for everything! We will miss coming to Pizzo and wish the team all the best in the future!
