In 2018 we met one of our latest clients, Judy Rashbrook (see above testimonial). At the time her budget was set and there was little room for change or movement. In these instances we generally have our work cut out, however because we control all aspects i.e. sales, renovation, building etc. we were able to give the client an idea of renovation cost before buying.

Fast forward a number of months and the clients property is now finished and this weekend Judy has stayed in her property for the first time.
