Mikael & Charlotte | Göteborg, Sweden | Borgonovo Pizzo

First time we came in contact with Windrush Alliance was at the Fair in
Gothenburg February 2013, where we meet Birute for the first time. 
After the fair we got interested in maybe buying an apartment in Pizzo.

We
were invited to Pizzo in May for a viewing of different apartments and
got excellent help from Birute and Richard to understand the procedures
and finance of buying a property in Italy. Before we decided to buy the
apartment we got the advice from Birute and Richard that it is important
to visit Pizzo and the surroundings, to get an understanding of how it
is to live in Pizzo. Birute has showed us a lot of places that is
necessary to now of like hospitals, beaches, restaurants etc. We found a
lovely apartment in Borgonovo. Windrush helped us with all the paper
work of contract signing and helped us to understand an Italian
contract. We felt very safe during this buying process.

Apple
Consulting (local Partners) and mostly Birute helped us in an excellent
way with buying kitchen in Pizzo and also handle furniture’s when they
arrived from Ikea. In April 2014 we for the first time enjoyed our new
holiday home in Pizzo thanks to Birute, Windrush and Apple Consulting.

Apple
Consulting also helps us with papers, bills, and anything we wish in
the future, we will always be thankful for the help for their help. We
also think that the people in Pizzo are very welcoming and helpful.
