Windrush Alliance is now an affiliate member of the CEPI-CEI

Introduction

Within
a rapidly expanding European context, property agents and property
managers wanted to create an umbrella association, CEPI, and to entrust
it with a common assignment. This would be to support European and
cross-border real estate transactions by enhancing and developing the
work and the activities of real estate professionals.

Created in 1990, CEPI  is an international non-profit association (aisbl) headquartered in Brussels.

CEPI is the main association of real estate professionals and property managers.

Around 30 national associations in EU and EFTA countries bring together more than 200,000 real estate professionals.

CEPI
has set up a limited number of partnerships with European and American
professional associations to exchange information, points of view,
experience and expertise. In some cases, these partnerships can lead to
joint projects.

Beyond such structures, CEPI-CEI brings together
faces, professionals in the service of priority target groups. This
action presents the actors of the network and indicates the added value
that the participants find in CEPI-CEI for their daily work.
